It all started in 2009 when founder Marcus Jetton had one vision: bring restaurant-quality, hand-crafted pizza to the heart of Elgin, Illinois. Armed with family recipes, a rented storefront on S Randall Rd, and an unshakable passion for bold flavors, Marcus opened the doors to what would become a neighborhood institution.
In the early days, Marcus worked the dough himself — up at 5am, sourcing fresh ingredients from local farms, perfecting every topping combination. Word spread fast. Lines formed. The community embraced Jet's Pizza not just as a restaurant, but as a gathering place.
Today, Jet's Pizza is a full team of passionate cooks, dedicated drivers, and front-of-house crew who carry that original spirit forward. Every pizza we make reflects our roots: real ingredients, real flavor, real care.
